Behind the Scenes--Day Before our Wedding

March 7th (2014) was filled with events such as:  Haircuts and styles, getting our wedding license, and going to lunch with Ryan and Jenny.
Patti Budge, my amazing hair stylist and friend,
doing Lindsey's hair for our wedding reception that evening.

Final Countdown as a Single Woman

My final moments as a single woman included visiting Ethan and the kids in January.  It was a "typical" weekend of church activities and attending to the final pieces of my move to Minnesota.  When I returned to Utah, I launched into the final touches of our wedding preparation and packing up my house.  I also attended various bridal showers.  Fortunately I had persistent friends who insisted on these bridal showers.  I was resistant, but in the end they proved to be memorable and a means to say farewell to dear friends and family who I miss deeply now that I live in the Midwest.  Here are some of the photos we managed to capture. You'll notice that I still have my "boot" on my ankle at this phase of the journey.
